THCAPAC Donations must be made by Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash.  

 2.

THCAPAC cannot accept a Corporate Check.  

 3.

THCAPAC Donations are not tax deductible. 

 4.

Purchase a cashier's Check or Money Order if you are mailing funds collected for THCAPAC. Do not place cash in the mail. All checks, money orders, etc. should be made payable to THCAPAC. 

 5.

Do not accept a donation from a facility resident. This does not prohibit a resident from making an item for use in a PAC Fund Raiser, as long as materials are not purchased by the resident.  

Remember: All contributions to THCAPAC must be made by Personal Check; Cashiers Check or Money Order and payable to THCAPAC (Company/Corporate checks cannot be accepted). Please be sure to note the name of your facility and the Administrator’s name when forwarding your contributions to THCAPAC, P. O. Box 4554, Austin, TX 78765.
