Please plan to hold facility fundraisers to raise at least (but not limited to) $500 per facility. Calendar January, 2015 February 2015 | 1. | THCAPAC Donations must be made by Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash. | 2. | THCAPAC cannot accept a Corporate Check. | 3. | THCAPAC Donations are not tax deductible. | 4. | Purchase a cashier's Check or Money Order if you are mailing funds collected for THCAPAC. Do not place cash in the mail. All checks, money orders, etc. should be made payable to THCAPAC. | 5. | Do not accept a donation from a facility resident. This does not prohibit a resident from making an item for use in a PAC Fund Raiser, as long as materials are not purchased by the resident. | Remember: All contributions to THCAPAC must be made by Personal Check; Cashiers Check or Money Order and payable to THCAPAC (Company/Corporate checks cannot be accepted).
